Coaching packages are an exciting path to powerful change. They are designed to help you achieve sustained change and satisfying results. In the first session we’ll help you clarify what you want to work on and have happen as a result of coaching. Package Two: Transformation: Personal and/or Professional
Six-month coaching package to help you take yourself and your life to a new level. Twelve sessions (thirteen hours) in total. Sessions are likely to include the above, plus:
- Exploring and aligning your values
- Understanding Self
- Building additional skills
Package Three: Breakthrough Programme
Experience an extraordinary journey of transformation, discovering what you really want and who you really are through a series of four 3-hour breakthrough sessions over twelve weeks, covering:

This is a focused 30-minute session for you to do just that. Come prepared with an outcome for the session and we will get straight down to it.
We are based in Central Auckland and if that isn’t convenient for you, Skype and phone sessions are available.
WHAT IS NLP?
NLP is often described as the study of excellence and is a set of methodologies, tools and techniques that help people to be more in charge of their mind, emotions and behaviours.
It is used in the fields of business, education, sport and health. It is used widely in the UK National Health Service, and within Microsoft and Mazda management training in the UK. It is also used by sportspeople such as the US Olympic diving team and our own Steve Gurney, NZ multisport champion.
