Hello there … welcome to my world. I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.
My path has taken me through the corporate world, coaching and leadership development, and into the deeper work of healing, intuition and soul-led growth. Today, I work with those who sense there is more available to them – more clarity, more ease, more truth, and more of who they really are.
You know, life often makes more sense backwards. We tend to understand what we’ve walked only once we’ve walked it. As though we’re given just enough visibility for the next step – not the whole path – so we don’t get to the punchline too soon, and instead get to do the exploring, the unwinding, the learning and the evolving that makes life richer, fuller, and far more real.
I love walking beside women in that space. Because I know it well.
For much of my life, I was capable, driven (read: stress junkie!), independent and very good at doing life the “right” way. My career took me across New Zealand and internationally, working in professional service firms in learning and development and consulting, supporting people to perform, grow and lead.
On the outside, a lot of it looked successful, and it was, in many ways.
But alongside that, there was always something else.
From my teens, I had a strong sense there was more to life than what we could see – a deeper intelligence, a kind of real magic that very few people talked about, but felt true in a way I couldn’t ignore. I could be practical, polished and professional in the world, while quietly carrying this sense of MORE. Craving more spirit, more light, more substance.
For a long time, those two worlds coexisted.
Through my twenties and beyond, I moved through depression, health challenges, fatigue, and periods where the life I had built no longer quite fit. I knew what it was to be outwardly capable while inwardly exhausted. To keep showing up, doing the work, holding things together – while some deeper part of me was asking for a very different way to live.
So I searched.
I read, learned, reflected, took courses, explored different modalities, and tried to understand myself more deeply. All of that helped, and yet over time I found myself asking a more essential question:
How do we actually change?
Not just understand ourselves, but change. In a way that lasts.
I was like a dog with a bone with that question.
I became deeply interested in what it takes to shift the patterns we can feel but can’t always move – the doubt, the old identities, the inherited ways of surviving, the almost invisible places where we contract instead of expand. I wanted to know how real transformation happens, not as a concept, but as something embodied, lived and sustainable.
That process wasn’t quick or linear. It was multi-layered, humbling, and at times confronting. It certainly takes courage to keep looking, keep excavating.
But it worked.
Not in a shiny, overnight transformation kind of way. More like returning to myself, piece by piece. Finding breath where there had been pressure. Realness where there had been performance. Softness, gentleness where there had been striving. A deeper kind of strength that didn’t need to prove itself so much. Phew.
At the same time, my connection with the Divine deepened.
What began as a sense that “there must be more” has become a lived relationship. Not something distant or conceptual, but something present, visceral, and constantly guiding.
I came to see that we’re not here to do life alone – that we each have an innate connection with the Divine, available to us always. Not to escape into, but to live with.
This has changed everything.
My work today is a natural blend of that lived experience – the grounded, practical world of business and life, and the deeper, mystical, but just as real experience of being a spiritual human.
Wherever you are in your own unfolding, your next level is an inside job.
Sometimes that looks like clarity, direction, leadership and real-world change. Sometimes it’s about becoming more fully connected – to yourself, to others, to Source, Divinity, Life.
Sometimes it’s about getting to the heart of what has you stuck – the identity, the pattern, the old self-protection – and helping it shift so you can finally move.
Not by pushing harder or doing more. Not through endless introspection.
But through deep, grounded, embodied work that creates real movement.
Often it’s practical. It’s as intuitive as you’re up for. And it’s often deep – not for the sake of being “spiritual”, but to get to the heart of what’s true.
And while parts of this path can sound a little ‘out there’, what I’ve found – in my own life and in the women I work with – is that the real work is actually very simple.
It’s about being real.
Letting go of what isn’t true anymore.
Meeting yourself more honestly than you have before.
Allowing more of who you really are to take up space in your life.
And what tends to follow is something quite natural:
More clarity.
More ease.
More conviction.
A life that feels like it’s yours.
So, if you’re here because something in you knows there’s more – even if you can’t quite name it yet – you’re in the right place.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You just have to be willing to begin.
And the gift of that willingness, courage and depth is that you begin inhabiting a life you love more than ever before.

A little more background
Alongside the deeper personal and spiritual path that has shaped my work, I also bring a strong professional background in business, coaching, leadership development and communication.
My career has taken me across New Zealand and internationally, including five years living and working in continental Europe, and roles in HR consulting, training and development and performance management. I’ve trained and coached hundreds of people across more than a dozen countries, from graduates to senior leaders, and have worked with a range of organisations including KPMG, BDO, Air New Zealand, SCG Print and Minter Ellison Rudd Watts.
I hold a Business Management degree from Waikato University and am a certified NLP Master Practitioner, ICI Certified Coach and MBIT Coach, and certified Akashic Records Reader with ongoing study and practice in energy work, mediumship and spiritual development.
I’ve also written for various magazines, appeared on TVNZ’s Breakfast and TV3’s Campbell Live, and was a founding member of the NZ Trauma Recovery Trust.
And because life is wonderfully varied, my earlier years also included advertising, corporate roles, and a decade of part-time modelling – including, at one point, being paid to sit in a shop window wearing red shoes and fig leaves.
No kidding.
All of this informs the way I work now – blending the practical and the intuitive, the personal and the professional, the grounded and the spiritual. Because increasingly, I see our work journey as part of our wider evolution. The biggest breakthroughs in our professional lives often come from the deeper shifts we make personally.
Really, it’s all personal.
On that note …
I’m very lucky to live in the beautiful north island of New Zealand, close to nature, sea and sky.
I gravitate to the outdoors – walking, hiking and beaching – and I’ve danced since I was five years old to almost anything from Strauss and Brahms to 80’s rock and African drums and whatever else moves me.
I’ve practised yoga for many years, love photography, films, cooking, delicious novels, and I spend a lot of time exploring spiritual teachings and healing practices. I’m also a devoted aunt, which is one of the great joys of my life.
