So here it is in a nutshell: Have you ever felt stressed, down, frustrated, overloaded, sad, mad or plain miserable and not known how to get out of it? I have. I did. For a long time.
Have you pondered how other people seem to get on top of these things, have it all sussed? I have. I did. For a long time.
Have you ever wondered if it’s even possible to change, or if in fact you’re going mad? I have. I did. For a reeeally long time.
I used to think that getting in charge of my own responses was the hardest thing in the world. I spent most of my teens and all of my 20’s trying to figure out how. It was a long quest. Can you tell?!
YOU REALLY CAN CHANGE
But it turns out that you really can change. And more easily than you might imagine.
I wanted to work out how. And then I got it.
And I want you to get it too.
Because you deserve to live the life you really want – not the ho-hum version, but the I-can’t-wait-to-get-out-of-bed-in-the-morning version.
You deserve to feel in charge of your life, your mind, your emotions, and to be happy. It’s only right that you have the instruction manual for your brain. It’s your amazing mind after all!
The quickest way you can start is by signing up for the Start Me Up Toolkit! Just click here to get access now.
My big vision is to make a difference to a million people. That is a pretty audacious goal, and I constantly muse on how I can make that happen. And it doesn’t just start with me. It starts with you.
Because you are innately brilliant, and I love helping people like you, tap into and grab hold of that inherent talent. While some days it can feel a million miles away, it is in there, and I know you can experience it more and more. And when you do, when you are being your most brilliant self, then you can really make a difference to others.
You at your best can make the world better.
As a leader, boss, manager, advisor, mother, father, brother, sister, wife, husband, partner, lover or friend, you make a difference to someone every day. What kind of difference do you want to make? How about…
- When you can think clearly under pressure, you come up with better ideas for your clients, your people, your business.
- When you can calmly ask a curious question in the middle of a heated argument, you give the other person the chance to share something meaningful with you that can turn the conversation around.
- When your naturally caring, positive self can shine through in even the most challenging situations, you can have an impact you never imagined.
Then you start to change your world.

ABOUT KAREN: ON A MORE PERSONAL NOTE
I am very lucky to live in the beautiful harbour city of Auckland, New Zealand.
I love the outdoors – walking, hiking and beaching. I have danced since I was 5 years old (mostly classical contemporary which means we dance to anything from Beethoven to Brahms or African drums and everything in between).
I have practiced yoga for many years and love photography, films and reading delicious books.
I spend time exploring the various spiritual teachings, healing and natural health practices.
I’m a bit of a health nut and like to eat healthily, although I do believe chocolate and parmesan cheese are major food groups.
