Here’s what Brilliant Balance: The 21-Day Reset looks like:
You’ll have three sessions with me over three weeks: one 90-minute session and two 60-minute sessions. We’ll start with a short pre-session check-in so I can tailor the process specifically for you.
In our first session, we’ll hone in on the key changes you want to make – including the most important shift you’re ready for and how to get there. We’ll unpack what’s been in the way, and I’ll tell you (frankly and compassionately) where your biggest opportunity for liberation lies. From there, it’s up to you if you want to go for it and make it happen.
Across the three weeks, you’ll get targeted tools and strategies you can use straight away to create real, practical change. In sessions two and three, we’ll dive deep into your roadblocks, track your progress, and make sure you’re set up for what’s next. We’ll also uncover and clear anything making those changes harder to sustain, making sure the changes we work on in sessions are well integrated into your life.
This is a deep, intentional reset for an area of life that really matters to you.
It will be invigorating, tank-filling, insightful, liberating – and it will move you forward.
By the end, you’ll know your next steps, feel lighter and clearer, and have more capacity for what truly matters.

I will bring my absolute knowledge that your vision for your life is already done. I will hold space for as you create your own reset.
