Awaken to your true self and your spiritual gifts

Similar to Alchemy (above) in that this programme helps you uncover and release any unconscious emotions and patterns holding you back, Awaken also has a strong focus on spiritual growth and exploration.
Awaken is for you if you notice you seem to sense and pick up on things in a room of people or a meeting that most people are not picking up on.
It’s for you if you sometimes feel emotions that you realise are not actually yours and may be someone else’s.
