How do you know you’re not your best self yet?
You just know, right? Doesn’t it feel off when you just know you’re not being your most confident, coherent, crackerjack self?
Perhaps it’s like this:
- Your friends and family always say what a confident, outgoing person you are, and only you (and maybe your closest buddies) know the insecurities and worries that stop you from dating more often, or
- You have so much more to say in meetings at work, if only you could get that big lump out of your throat and feel calm doing it, or
- You’re way too emotional for your liking, and realise now that you really haven’t gotten over your ex, and probably not the one before that either, and you’re sick of feeling sad, or
- Maybe you just want to be happier, to actually want to get out of bed in the mornings?
ARGHH.
It can feel achingly difficult to break through this stuff sometimes. After all, if it was easy, you would have done it already, right?
You deserve to be happy and the best version of your Self you can imagine, but when your head is telling you otherwise, or your emotions are churning around like a front loading washing machine, it all feels too hard.
“Your insights and tools have enabled me to get a grasp on life again and when an issue or life challenge comes up, I am able to trust myself to find the answers. I know that I can change things.”

Agency Account DirectorWhat if it was easy?
I thought it was hard too, until I discovered that you really can be charge of what is going on in there. And when you can control your own thoughts and emotions, it becomes increasingly effortless to be your most brilliant resourceful self.
Yes, you can learn to run your own mind and emotions and be in the driver’s seat of your life.
Sure, you can have a co-pilot for a while, which can be pretty helpful on those hairy bends, but you know that you are in charge and steering the course. That’s the way it should be; YOU creating what YOU want.
“I am more confident, determined and focused. I can clearly see all the exciting things I have ahead of me, a picture that was very blurry before Karen’s help. I cannot recommend Karen highly enough.”

ActressThis is what coaching is about: helping you get in charge.
More than 90% of what you think, feel, say and do every day is generated unconsciously. This is why it can feel really stuck. Transformational coaching is really like ‘coaching on steroids’ because we focus on tapping into those unconscious responses and changing them.
You get to clear out the OLD patterns, beliefs, conditioning and emotional baggage that hold you back. Because all those emotions, worry, upset and so on are just masking your brilliant, naturally lovely self.
“I come out of a session with Karen feeling like I’ve just had a great big shower of joy”.
