Guided Energy Clearing and Protection
Daily Energy Practice – Instructions + Audio Track
Use this each morning and evening ideally and any time during the day.
Here are the steps –
Start by taking a few nice long, slow deep breaths into the belly – in through the nose and sigh it out through the mouth. Centering and coming fully into the body.
Call on your highest self/guides and guardians for the highest of the high of white light to flow down through your whole body and energy field. See a shower of white light flowing down, through and over you with the intention that it is clearing any negative or imbalanced energies and anything that’s not of 100% pure light.
Then clearing any energy that is not of me from any people/places/situations – clear and release in the Light.
Calling any of my energy back to me that has been extended to others or left with any people/places/situation, and cleanse it in the Light.
Sit in stillness. Feel the clear clean sense of self and become familiar with that feeling. What is you and what is not you?
