One of the main ways I help people so this strengthening is through learning to thoroughly ground to the earth and connect to their life force, and to keep their energy field clear – what I call ‘energy management’.

This Energetic Upgrade class will provide you with an introduction to energy management – the ability to read, clear and protect your energy field, and strengthen yourself on all levels. Our physical body actually resides inside the energetic body, so even though we can’t see it, it’s incredibly helpful and empowering to understand it and look after it in the same way we brush our teeth or have a shower every day. The same goes for our connection to our life force which is probably the most important thing to strengthen on a daily basis.

This is one of those things that tends to fall into the category of ‘I don’t know what I don’t know’ so when I can sense a client needs to know about their energy body and manage it more effectively, it’s very often a new concept. However, as soon as we clear their field and I teach them the techniques, they immediately feel the difference it makes to their energy levels and sense of self. Daily practice enables them to have more clarity and be more effective and happier in their lives. It can do the same for you too!

In this introduction to energy management we will:

• Clear and refresh your energetic field

It’s very practical! I have found that you can look at images and diagrams of the electronic body/energy field all you like, but having a felt experience of your own field is really the most useful, so this session will be very experiential and you will have a chance to become familiar with your own energy field or more fully hone your sensitivity to it if you’ve already tuned in. When you can better sense your field, you begin to recognise when it is clear and when you’re in your own energy versus when it is in some kind of disruption. This is a powerful capacity to build for your own personal sovereignty. It is also one of the steps towards building a stronger sense of self, as you become more familiar with who you are, apart from all the people, energies and dynamics around you. You become more familiar with the sense of ‘I am’ and who is me.
