PARTICIPANTS
Participants are business owners or leaders in business committed to sustained change in themselves and their business.
The programme is not for everyone and requires commitment and readiness. We will help you check that you and your needs are the right fit for the programme.
Number of participants is limited to 10 people.
MEASUREMENT
Each participant will identify three core goals that would be outrageous and amazing to achieve within 90 days. All activity will be oriented towards the fulfilment of these goals.

- Managing your state of mind – The key to daily resilience. Understand the science of stress and gain practical tools and strategies that allow you to choose your state in any situation – including meetings, achieving deadlines and presenting or speaking.
- Taking control of your day – strategies for feeling more in control of your day, owning your diary and prioritising. The art of delegation, managing expectations and even taming technology. You are in charge!
- Myth-busting stress and transforming it – How to start breaking out of the beliefs and societal norms that hold our busy, stressed lives in the same cycle day after day, week after week.
- Switching off from work – Break out of the grind with proven strategies for switching off and getting a mental break, unwinding and actually enjoying your downtime! These tools are also proven to improve productivity at work by 20%.
- Foundation health habits – Do what athletes do – hit the reset button on how you look after your health day to day so you can stay on top of things and have more energy. These foundation health tips are at the heart of resilience, and help your body and mind to be in peak performance at work and at home.
- Daily Practices for a Happy Life – practical tools from mindfulness and NLP for helping improve mood, focus and overall wellbeing.
- Building Resilience & Reframing Challenges – Tools to reframe challenges, build mental resilience and use powerful questioning and language skills to re-train your brain into more habits that cultivate resilience.
- Transforming Habits – Through guided processes and visualisations, start to shift the most stuck patterns of stress to transform the way you work – and live.
