How it Works
All bookings for our online courses are 100% refundable up to 7 days before the date the service is scheduled to begin. Any services cancelled within 7 days will be charged a 25% cancellation fee (of the full course fee), with the remaining balance refunded to the customer. Sales of digital products downloadable upon confirmation of purchase are final. Any physical item posted to you (books, etc) that doesn’t arrive in good condition may be returned within 30 days for replacement. We want you to love what you get! All live online workshops, courses & trainings being given during a specific time period are eligible for refunds for up to 7 days prior to the first day of class, and after that time no refunds will be given. If you’d like to cancel a monthly subscription you have with us, you can do so at any time, and you will not be charged effective the following month. Current payments for that month are ours to keep, okay? No sweat.
Speaking and Training Engagements
Speaking or Training engagements are confirmed with a 50% non-refundable deposit invoiced with the project confirmation (emailed to the client). Subsequent cancellations are subject to the following charges:
Less than 21 days before date of work 100% invoice.
If more than 21 days’ notice before date of work, any direct costs and incurred expenses are passed on, where applicable.
Like most people, time is precious to us and we plan and prepare for your sessions. We also understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel or postpone an appointment. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session unless due to exceptional, unforeseen circumstances. In the event that less than 24 hours’ notice is provided or the client fails to make a previously agreed appointment, we will treat the session as though it has taken place, it will be billed or if a pre-paid session it will not be carried forward. If we need to reschedule we will give you the same courtesy – 24 hours advance notice or a free extra session.
We do our best to send a courtesy text or email with 48 hours’ notice to all clients prior to their appointments. Please note this is a courtesy and it remains the responsibility of the client to attend the booked appointment.
Skype Coaching Appointments
If we are meeting via Skype, please send us a Skype contact request at least one day in advance of our first appointment. These details will be provided by email in your ‘Client Welcome Pack’ to the email address you have supplied us with on booking.
Given we are relying on technology for Skype calls, we reserve the right to move the call to a normal phone line, or postpone if we experience disturbance on the line. Given Skype is a public service, no guarantee can be given that the call will be secure.
