It was 20 years ago this month I came back to New Zealand from living and working in Europe for five years, and retrained as a coach and healer. That quietly blows my mind, but at the moment I’m mostly excited about the fresh direction my work has taken and what is to come.
My work has always been evolving, sometimes very subtly without me quite realising it, and other times in gob-smacking leaps. It’s been a bit more “leapy” lately!
I spent large portions of last year rather hermitted in my own deep-diving inner work, with numerous intuitive gifts opening up within me. And honestly, it was quite the magical mystery tour. I’ve spent the last several months landing into myself from this new place and re-orienting for what’s next.
The funny thing is, I’ve always worked intuitively. I’ve always worked at the deeper, unconscious levels of the self, helping people shift what’s been getting in the way of their clarity, confidence, leadership, wellbeing, creativity or growth. And I’ve always paired that with practical guidance, strategy and real-world action.
That blend of the transformational and the practical has always been my signature, but it has taken me a long time to realise just how intuitively I was working. I was just doing my thing, not fully understanding the capacities I was drawing on within myself.
Now, I understand much more clearly how I work, and those capacities keep opening more and more. These days, my work is becoming an even deeper blend of what you might call strategy and soul.
It can look like helping someone clarify the next evolution of their work, or clear an emotional or energetic blockage that’s been keeping them from making the hard leadership call they’ve been avoiding for months.
It can look like helping someone reconnect with the part of them that already knows the next step, but hasn’t quite felt safe enough to move.
It might be more soul-level guidance, Akashic Record Readings, emotional liberation, spiritual healing, light transmissions, or deeply practical conversations about business, leadership, relationships, money, direction, and the brave business of being human.
It is not always easy to nutshell, to be honest.
But at its heart, my work is about helping people access more of who they truly are, address what has been blocking that, and bring their deeper knowing into real life.
I’ve been rather quiet for quite some time (as per aforementioned hermitting and deep diving), and I realised recently that it’s really only my close friends and close clients who know who and what this all looks like now.
So, over the coming months I’ll be sharing more about what this looks like in practice – including Akashic Record Readings, intuitive guidance, emotional liberation, energy resets and light transmissions – with more new ways to journey with me on their way later in the year.
